New -- Gym Equipment!!!
Cardiovascular equipment and a multi-gym are available for all clients to use. The facilities will be open during Shield's office hours. Individuals are required to have an induction with a member of staff prior to using the gym.

Information and Support
Shield offers magazines, monthly newsletter and leaflets up to date journals and books. This includes treatment support. Free Internet and computer access.

Lunch Club and Actitivies
Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sheffield

This is open to all people who care and those infected and affected by HIV and AIDS. Lunch is usually followed by a talk or activity such as flower arranging or singing. Due to the frail condition of people's immune systems, we kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell, could you please refrain from coming until you are feeling better. This will safeguard the health of other service users.

Positive Women's Group / Moms and Tots
Last Thursday of every month 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Appointments
Contact Shield directly if you wish to schedule a specific appointment time. We ask that if you have made an appointment please keep to your time as this is proving to be very popular, we are unable to fit in anybody arriving late. Training takes place outside these opening hours, unless you have an appointment please do not expect to be seen.

Travel Expenses
Expenses will be paid to individuals on limited or no income upon proof of benefits and diagnosis.
